We have a no refunds or exchanges policy in place. If there is a problem with your order, please email us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Damaged Items

If your order has been damaged during delivery, please send pictures of the items and packaging within 24 hours of receipt.

Missing Items

All orders are double checked before being dispatched and, where there are multiple items in an order, the parcel will be marked to identify this.

 

If your order is missing any items, please get in touch with us within 24 hours of receipt. We will require an image of your order as well as the packaging it was received in.

Missing Packages

If your package has not been received within 5 working days, please let us know at the end of the fifth working day. We ask that you check with your neighbours and in your safe place before getting in touch.

 

We will work with you to locate your parcel, or replace it, but please do bear with us as we will need to liaise with the postal company.

/ SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

We currently only ship to the UK. Please get in touch if you’d like to enquire about an international order.

Delivery starts at £2. London drop offs start at £1.50.

Orders will arrive within 1 - 5 working days. If you need your order sooner, please contact us to check availability.

 

We currently only provide drop off services for the following postcodes:

 

SE, SW, BR1, CR0, & E

Drop offs to other postcodes can be requested via email for orders over £35. This will be fulfilled subject to availability.
